Jesus Before The Hight Priest
In this message from John 18:19–24, we witness the Lord Jesus standing trial before the high priest. Though bound and struck, He remains the Sovereign, exposing the corruption of false religion with calm truth and holy dignity. As the silent Lamb and bold Prophet, He submits to injustice—not as a victim, but as our Redeemer. This trial, though filled with human wickedness, becomes the stage for divine mercy. Jesus endures humiliation and condemnation so that sinners like us might be declared righteous. The truth was on trial, but the Truth prevailed—for our salvation.
