The Jews in particular have heard the call from God, yet they were disobedient to the call. Nathan Tarrant explains in detail how no person, will ever be without excuse,for not coming to God in repentance, because everyone is aware of the glory of God and yet we would all choose to be disobedient to the command to repent, for that is the true nature of man.
