The Reliable Witness
In this concluding message from John’s Gospel, *“The Reliable Witness of the Beloved Disciple”* (John 21:24–25), we considered John’s final testimony concerning the truthfulness and authority of the Gospel record and the immeasurable greatness of Christ. The sermon explored the apostolic eyewitness witness of John, the reliability and sufficiency of Scripture in light of *Sola Scriptura*, and the infinite glory of Christ whose works could never fully be contained. As the Gospel closes, we are confronted with the certainty of God’s revelation in Scripture and called to rest in the inexhaustible Christ revealed within it.
